We can’t stress enough how absolutely chaotic this game can get, so it’s important to nail the basics! Time Dilation In Cobalt, threats prompt a time dilation mechanic, slowing things down and allowing you to pull off some of the coolest bullet-time shenanigans this side of “The Matrix.” This video demonstrates some of the cool things that can occur around this mechanic.
